What is Leadership?
This week we concluded our two part series on the 10 fundamentals of Leadership. In this episode I introduced the remaining 5 principles that every emerging leader and coach needs to understand to become an effective and meaningful person of positive change.
In review of episode 050 ~Part 1 I introduced the first 5 fundamental principles of leadership which included:
1. You must say, “yes” to the fact that You Matter and You Make Difference.
2. Your Credibility Is the Foundation of Leadership
3. Your Values Afford Buy-In
4. You must be Future Focused
5. You Can’t Do it Alone
These 5 principles alone will not get you to where you want to be if you are interested in effective leadership and impacting the lives of others for good. You need the remaining principles.
